1. Services
Due to the nature of our services (including consultations, design, installation, and on-site work), refunds for services already performed are generally not provided.
If a service has been prepaid but not yet performed, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative costs or expenses already incurred.
2. Products and Equipment
Where applicable, refunds for products or equipment may be considered under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging

Custom-ordered, special-order, or configured equipment is non-refundable, unless required by law.
3. Deposits
Deposits are used to secure scheduling, labor, and materials and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we request notice as early as possible. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be provided in certain circumstances where:
